Frequently Asked Questions

Is Pilates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our Pilates Basics class is designed for first-timers, focusing on breathing, alignment, and simple controlled movements. No prior experience is needed — your instructor will guide you through every exercise at your own pace.
What should I bring to class?
Just comfortable, fitted activewear and grip socks. We provide mats, reformers, and all other equipment. A water bottle and a small towel are recommended, and everything else is taken care of.
Do I need to be flexible or fit to join?
Not at all. Pilates meets you where you are — flexibility and strength are the results of practice, not the requirements for starting. Our instructors adjust every exercise to your current level.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Private and semi-private sessions are available for anyone who wants focused, one-on-one guidance, whether for rehabilitation, specific goals, or simply a more personal pace. Contact us to arrange a schedule.
How do I book a class?
Choose your class from the schedule, then fill in the booking form at the bottom of this page or reach out via phone or email. We will confirm your slot and send you everything you need before your first session.
How often should I practice?
Two to three sessions a week is a good rhythm for most people, and many notice improvements in posture and core strength within a few weeks. Even one consistent class a week makes a difference.
